Balanced Minimalist Forged German Steel Kitchen Knives
The S series contrasts its sleek, slim silhouette with bold angled lines and smooth curves. This refined update to a traditional knife is done exceptionally well, forming a tool a chef can trust. The patented design knife features an ergonomic handle that is easy and comfortable to grip. Each knife is well balanced and perfectly crafted allowing for heavy kitchen use and easy cleaning.

Premier Materials
This knife features high-alloy German X50CrMoV15 steel that provides an exceptional blend of hardness and edge durability, allowing for a precise, sharp edge without any brittleness. Steel has a hardness of 58 ± 2 on the Rockwell hardness classification and is also highly resistant to stains.

Good Design: Our knives are exceptionally well balanced and each seam is flush. This means our knives feel great to grip and hold, work well for heavy kitchen use, and are easy to keep clean and sanitary. The knife feels like a natural extension, a precise tool that can be easily used for long durations of time while cutting and preparing food.
